The INNO-PCL-500A Fully Automatic Hexcell Paper Cutting Machine by Innopack is designed for producing honeycomb filter paper, wrapping paper, and kraft fish net paper from 60g to 160g. Featuring interchangeable die-cutting modules, it can create various honeycomb shapes or standard rolls. Equipped with inverter speed control, ultrasonic web guide, and magnetic powder tension system, it integrates unwinding, die-cutting, and rewinding into one automated process, ensuring precision, efficiency, and versatility for eco-friendly packaging and filter applications.

Machine features

Our honeycomb paper cutting machine which can make honeycomb filter paper,the honeycomb shape can be changed by using different die cutting module, and same machine can make normal honeycomb paper on roll too.

This honeycomb filter paper making machine is our newest design accord to customer requirement, the main material of paper is the flame resistant paper or flame retardant paper, after die cutting and stitching online,the finished paper in roll can be used as filter material.

This machine is suitable for die cutting honeycomb paper, wrapping paper, shock-absorbing paper, kraft paper, fish net paper from 60g to 160g.

And The unwinding,cutting and rewinding in one process.

And Main motor equipped with Inverter for speed regulation.

The Automatic ultrasonic web guide controller for unwinding.

It is Tension controlled by magnetic powder brake and clutch.

The honeycomb paper rolls making machine is automatic meter counting device, automatically stop after it reaches the length you set.
