Moreover, the built-in computer automatically regulates the paper tension to minimize breaks. The processes of loading and unloading paper are also automated. The quantity of bags produced is counted automatically, simplifying the packaging process. Speed These machines can manufacture large-sized padded mailers, such as 600mmx500mm+50mm, at an impressive rate of 45 pieces per minute and can double output with smaller bags by producing two bags simultaneously side by side. Double Sealing Strips and Tearing Tape We can incorporate an extra sealing strip and tearing tape on the flap for quick returns.
